Preheat grill. Grill steaks on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side to desired doneness. Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes while you prepare sauce. Gently heat Zip-It in sauce pan, stir in pats of UNSALTED butter until melted and smooth. Pour into individual dipping cups, serve immediately. |

Brush both sides of the salmon with oil. Place the fish on the grill, cook for about 4 minutes. Turn the fish over and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until cooked through to the desired degree of doneness. Warm Zip-It Finishing Sauce in pan over low heat. Add Unsalted butter and stir until melted. Do not boil. Remove the salmon from the grill and spoon Zip-It Finishing Sauce over it. Serve rice pilaf and vegetables. |

Preheat the oven to 400° F Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and drizzle a little olive oil on them to prevent sticking. Lay the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until the skin gets crispy. Heat Zip-It Gourmet Glaze in large pan add the wings and toss to coat them with the sauce. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. |
