Zip-IT® Steak SaucesShake well before using
Warm up Zip-IT® slowly over low heat until melted. Stir in chilled unsalted butter in pats until creamy. (Recommended ratio is ½ stick butter for every 2 oz. of sauce, though more or less can be used based on your desired taste). Remove from heat. Do not boil. Slather on top of meat or pour into dipping cups. Refrigerate after opening.
Zip-IT® Finishing Sauces
Shake well before using
Warm Zip-IT® in a pan over low heat. Do not boil. Pour on food or into dipping cups.
For a richer sauce add in unsalted butter in to desired taste.
Refrigerate after opening.
Zip-IT® Gourmet Glazes
Shake well before using
Glaze: Brush or pour on during and/or after grilling.
Finishing Sauce: Add to pan during last minutes of cooking.
Dipping Sauce: Serve warm or cold in dipping cups.
Refrigerate after opening.
